The Firm provides all the legal aspects of such Development including but not limited to financing via Banks and Mezzanine loans, Tax planning of both local and International aspects, Litigation attendance and ongoing attendance involved in such Projects.
A.S has been involved in various Real-Estate Transactions including Residential and Commercial properties, Purchasing Groups, Financing Projects, Urban Development Projects representing Developers, Investors and Individuals.
The Firm's Founder Mr. Segev is a member of the Property Committee of the Israeli Bar Association, has published various articles in local leading law journals on the subject of Real Estate Transactions, Land and Municipal Taxation.
